Unless otherwise expressly indicated in this Policy, this Policy applies only to personal information that we collect when you visit and use our website https://www.lullabee.com (“Website”), our mobile application (“App”) that can be used in conjunction with the Lullabee Crib Mattress, and any other products or services that we operate and that include a link to this Policy (collectively, “Services”). As used in this Policy, the term “personal information” means information that directly identifies you (such as your name and contact information) or that could reasonably be used to identify you (such as an identification number or an online identifier).

Information You Provide Directly through Our App:
When you download and use our App, we may collect and use personal information about you and your baby when you provide it to us directly, including:
- Account and contact information, such as, your first and last name, username, email address, and phone number. .
- Your baby’s name or the nickname you assign to your Lullabee Crib Mattress
- Your baby’s prematurity status.
- Your baby’s birthdate.
Information We Collect Automatically through Our App:
When you use the App, we may also automatically collect information about your device, your Lullabee Crib Mattress, and your use of the App, which may include:
- Data generated by or associated with any Lullabee Crib Mattress to which the App is connected, such as:
- Sleep log data (e.g., whether your baby is awake, moving, crying, or sleeping). Please note that neither the App nor the Lullabee Crib Mattress record and store any audio. Instead, the Lullabee Crib Mattress simply detects and analyses in real time the sounds made by your baby and logs whether or not your baby is crying.
- Interventions delivered by your Lullabee Crib Mattress to help your baby establish healthy sleep patterns, such as soothing your baby through vibrations or by playing sounds or music.
- Your choice of what sounds and vibration patterns your Lullabee Crib Mattress will deliver to soothe your baby back to sleep.
- Data regarding when your Lullabee Crib Mattress is turned on, and the remaining battery life.
- Other data associated with your Lullabee Crib Mattress, such as the serial number.
- Data associated with your mobile device, such as your time zone, mobile device tokens, mobile device operating system, version platform, your country, mobile ID, and advertiser ID.
- App usage and interaction data (e.g., screens viewed, features used, and buttons pressed).
- Information we may collect about your device and your use of the App through Software Development Kits (SDKs), which are pieces of code provided by our digital vendors (e.g., analytics and advertising providers) that may be incorporated into the App to collect and analyze certain device and user data.
Information We Collect from Third Party Sources:
We may also receive personal information about you from third party sources that may include:
- Services that make user-generated content from their service available to others, such as online business reviews or public social media posts.
- Partners with which we offer co-branded services or engage in joint marketing activities.
How We Use Your Information
Depending on the context of your interactions with us, we may use your personal information that we collect for purposes that include the following:
- Communicating with you, including by fulfilling your requests and responding to your inquiries.
- Providing and administering features of the Services, including by analyzing sleep log and other data collected through your Lullabee Crib Mattress to track your baby’s sleep patterns and provide you with insights on how to improve your baby’s sleep health.
- Preparing and performing our contracts and agreements with you.
- For our internal business operations, including evaluating, updating, and modifying our operations, conducting research and analysis like industry benchmarking, developing new services, and performing other internal business operations, including as described elsewhere in this Policy.
- Understanding how you and other users use our Website, App, and other products or services we offer, and determining what features and services may interest you and other users.
- Debugging, identifying, and repairing errors, effectuating similar functional enhancements, and improving our Website and App.
- Storing information about your preferences, recognizing you when you use our Website, and App correcting or supplementing our records, and customizing your experience, including personalizing our service offerings, websites, mobile services, marketing offers and advertising.
- For system administration purposes, such as maintaining the safety, security, and integrity of our Website, Products, and/or App, including technology assets, and our business.
- Protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, or other unauthorized activity, and participating in any prosecution or enforcement of laws or agreements meant to prevent or punish such activity.

- We may share personal information with third parties when you direct us to do so or as otherwise necessary to address your requests.
- We may share personal information with our service providers and others we rely on to provide the Services, including payment processors; software and web developers; order processing, fulfillment, and shipping services; commercial email providers; security consultants; and other vendors we engage.
- We may share personal information as necessary to communicate with you and others, including for marketing purposes, including email and SMS text message communications.
- We may share personal information with parties and networks that enable or participate in targeted advertising and/or that provide online tracking technologies that we use to analyze the use of the Services.
- We may share personal information from which information that directly identifies you (such as your name, account and contact information, and baby’s name) has been removed and replaced with pseudonymous ID numbers or other codes with external researchers and other business partners for their own research and other business purposes.
- We may share personal information to protect and secure the Website and App against fraud and other misuse, and to protect our and our partners’ rights, property, or safety, and the rights, property, and safety of our users and other third parties.
- We may share personal information with third parties when we believe it is required by, or necessary to comply with, applicable law, a court order, legal process, or other governmental or regulatory requests.
- We may share personal information with a buyer or other successor organization in the event of an actual or potential merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, including as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceedings.

Your Choices
We respect your privacy and offer choices about the personal information we collect, how we communicate with you, and how we process certain personal information. For example, when you are asked to provide personal information, you may decline to do so; but if you choose not to provide personal information that is necessary to use certain features of our Website, App, and/or Products, you may not be able to use those features. Other examples of your choices, and how to exercise them are detailed below:
- You can browse our Website without registering or directly submitting any personal information to us. We may still collect some limited information automatically, as described above.
- You may change your browser settings or take other steps to block, manage, or delete cookies. Our Website does not currently respond to browser “do not track” signals, so you will need to use your browser settings to effectively manage cookies. In some cases, blocking or disabling cookies may cause the Website not to work as intended and some features may not be available.
- You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us at any time by following the opt-out link or other unsubscribe instructions provided in the email message, or by contacting us as provided in the “Contact Us” section at the end of this Policy. If you wish to opt out by sending us an email to the address provided below, please include “Opt-Out” in the email’s subject line and include your name and the email address you used to sign up for communications in the body of the email. Note that if you opt-out of promotional emails, you may still receive transactional communications, such as order or subscription confirmations.
Minors
Lullabee takes children’s privacy seriously. Our Services are not targeted to users under age 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from users under age 18. If you are under age 18, please do not use, or submit any personal information through the Services.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our privacy practices at any time without prior notice to you. When we do so, we will update the Effective Date of the Policy, above. We encourage you to periodically review this Policy for the latest information on our privacy practices. Your continued use of the Services following our posting of any revised Privacy Policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the amended Privacy Policy.
